Miscellaneous
Many of our products are produced in small amounts. Pieces from earlier collections usually will not be reproduced, which means they are sold only once and then never again. Altogether this means: There can be supply bottlenecks from time to time, or single pieces can be out of stock very fast without the ability that we can reorder them. We try our best, but please understand that our collection is not available like goods in a shopping center. Thank you!

All our prices indicated are Europrices including the legal VAT (19%). Costs for shipping and handling are added according to the separate list you find in “Shipping & Return”.
Costs
The sales contract is accomplished by acceptation of the order. The acceptation of your order will take place through an email or delivery. We deliver only within Europe. This takes between 3-5 working-days. If a product is not available or not in time, we will tell you asap the date delivery, or alternatively, that the delivery can not be executed. Contract & Delivery
Through the acceptance of the order the contracts of sale become effective. The acceptance of the order either takes place in written form (via email) or by delivery of the order. Within Germany we usually deliver within 3-5 workdays.
If by way of exception any item is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible about the new date of delivery, or alternatively that we are not able to deliver the item anymore.
Return Policy
You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it. In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If you return it because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it, this will take around 20 days. If you return the used goods Ucon Acrobatics GbR is authorized to claim for damages. Underwear and socks are non-returnable.
Liability
Ucon Acrobatics does not assume liability for possible damages, which are caused through the use of the purchased products, specially inproper use. Claim of damages are excluded if the damage is caused deliverately or grossly negligent.
Guarantee
The period of guarantee is 6 month starting after delivery. For a reclamation the purchase date must be proved with an invoice. The complained product must be send together with a copy of the invoice to Ucon Acrobatics/ Smuda&Fussenegger GbR./ Am Bleichehof 60/ 88239 Wangen/ Germany. The guarantee does not count on wearout or abrasion. The guarantee expires if the customer modifies the product.
Maintenance
Please look at the washing instructions which you find on the labels of the products. We do not replace damages caused by wrong washing.
Ownership
Until such time as the goods are paid in full, we remain the rightful owner of the same.
