Replacement of products

If your Ucon product doesn't fit right you have the chance to replace it within 30 days after delivery date.

The replacement happens like this:

• Please send us an e-mail to (info at uconshop.com) - and tell us about the replacement. Important for us is the information in which size or color should be changed.
• We will check as soon as possible if we have the item you want to change. If we have it in stock we replace it right away. If the product is sold we have to opportunity to change the item. However, we are always exerted to offer you a similar product which we still have in stock. You are also welcome to go on our shop website and choose a similar product.
• The condition for the replacement is that:
  • the products are not washed and not used or worn at any time
  • you may try on the product to check the size (but you are not allowed to wear it)
  • the product is in the undamaged original packing
  • the product is complete (for example barcodes and hangtags need to be sent back)
• The item and the original invoice must be sent back to:

Please also put a small note in the package into which size/ color it should be changed, so that the replacement goes fast and without any problems.

* You pay for the shipping to us, we take care about the shipping costs from us to you!

Return of products

If you are not satisfied with your Ucon product you have the chance to return it within 30 days after delivery date.

The return happens like this:

• Please send us an e-mail to (info at uconshop.com) - and tell us about the return.
• We will contact you back via e-mail and tell you if we accept the return.
• The condition for the replacement is that:
  • the products are not washed and not used or worn at any time
  • you may try on the product to check the size (but you are not allowed to wear it)
  • the product is in the undamaged original packing
  • the product is complete (for example barcodes and hangtags need to be sent back)

The return is not possible if the product got changed in any way.

* Please send the product with the original invoice to:

Please also put a small note in the package with your bank details, so we can guarantee that the return goes fast and without any problems.

* As soon as we get the product back, we will immediately transfer the money back to your account.
